I just found out from our social worker that CIS is extremely behind in approvals right now, and apparently we can’t do anything until we are at least 90 days behind - it’s only been about a month and a half. Hopefully, we’ll get our approval before the 90 days, or else I’m going to have to figure out what it is that we do next. Earlier when I tried to call CIS, I found out that without a receipt number, they can’t tell me much, and we have not received a receipt number, which I was also told was normal.
At least we’re not the only ones in this predicament.
