Can adoptive parents get the same hormal stuff that natural parents get when waiting? At church today, I saw a white woman, with a similar height and build as me, with an African child who looked about 5 or 6 and the child was hugging and holding hands while singing. I don’t know if the woman was her mama, but that child sure loved her. I saw that and just started crying my eyes out - right there with people all around. I’m so glad I was running late and sat in the back of the church. Even more glad that I stopped crying by the time my friend, who was running later than me, got there. Now, I’m fine. Don’t know what that was.
