Earlier this week, we got notification that the agency we are using for our adoption is making some big changes, and as a result, our cool awesome social worker will be leaving on September 30. We’ll miss you Julia!
I’m not in any way concerned that the changes will adversly affect our adoption, but it’s a sign that even adoption agencies are not immune to the downturn in the economy. It’s not even just that.
Meanwhile, still no form from CIS. That’s not our agency’s fault. The way I see it, as long as no one tells us we can’t adopt, there’s not a whole lot to be upset about. They’ll be here before we know it.
